Frost Scucca

A malevolent spirit of winter given form. Its body is formed from drifting rags of shadow and freezing fog. Beneath a shroud of freezing fog,  two pale blue lights burn where eyes should be.

The Frost Scucca is a restless, hateful fae entity who seeks to bring an eternal winter to the world.

It is completely unaffected by: - Turn Undead - Control Undead - Effects that specifically target undead Freezing Touch A successful attack inflicts: - 1d8 damage The victim must Save vs Spell else become a Frost Thrall.  The condition lasts until the Scucca is destroyed Aura of False Winter The Scucca constantly emits freezing mist. -Spellcasting and praying for miracle is made at -2 penalty - Any creature within 30' loses 1hp immediately, and then every 3 rounds thereafter (no save) as their skin freezes - Any creature reduced to 0 hp by the Frost Wraith's aura or mist must Save vs Death else the Frost Wraith plants a fragment of itself within the victim, and the body rises as an Ice Thrall in 1d6 rounds. Bound Essence The Scucca is not fully present in the mortal world. Each time one of its Ice Thralls is slain the Frost Wraith suffers 3d6 damage, halved by a successful Save vs Death.
