I love the werewolf take, reminds me of several ancient werewolf variants. Can you give me the name of the blue gu used in there ritual. I have a new campaign with a character that wants a Celtic themed background. I have the character having a vision of those that will stand in her way. One is a werebeast using the curse pelt method but would love to add the Wouuu? Sorry i naturally suck at English so anyway was wondering if you could detail the ritual substance ?
I'm glad you liked the Úlfhéðnar (werewolf) encounter. The blue substance used in the ritual is called 'Woad'. The Celtic people in Britain during the Iron Age used it as a dye, and in various rituals. I hope that helps.
