Trappers are folk who make their living from the wilderness, setting traps for small prey animals, the fur of which they then sell on. They are skilled at setting and finding traps and making use of natural resources.

Foraging and Hunting
A party with a Trapper can more easily find food when foraging (2-in-6) or prey when setting traps (4-in-6), subject to a success 'Set Trap' check (see below).
Shelter
With sufficient natural resources, a Trapper may spend 1D4+2 hours building a temporary shelter to protect up to 6 people from the elements.
Stealth
In the wilderness, a Trapper has a 3-in-6 chance of hiding and a 3-in-6 chance of moving silently.
Settings, Finding and Removing Traps
Trappers are highly skilled in the setting, finding and removing of traps as follows:
Combat
Trappers may only wear leather armour
Trappers may not use shields
Trappers may not use two-handed melee weapons or polearms
